The story of Launch Partners is the story of co-founders Nik Kasprzak and Ryan Curley. The two were neighbors in Brindle Hall a dormitory for Freshman at Endicott College in Beverly MA. After working together in their business fundamentals class in 2019 the two soon realized that they had a key shared skill, a driven work ethic. Where other students stopped their day, Nik and Ryan would take on athletics, various projects, and odd jobs to fill their time. Then in 2020 after Ryan approached Nik with the idea of opening up their own marketing agency. The two quickly got to work coupling graphic design and analytical skills to find any client that would let them help out their business. From there the two proved their abilities and quickly scaled and legitimized operations. Today Nik and Ryan are joined by a network of young creative individuals that have bootstrapped their way to a portfolio of 15 clients spanning 13 industries.
